When driving back from the Texas panhandle this week we saw many many temporary housing trailers headed west. We wondered if they will be used to house firefighters or those displaced from their homes on the west coast.
Fires in the west and floods in the east. One has to wonder. My heart goes out to all those who have lost their lives, and others who have lost everything they own. I can’t even begin to imagine their pain. Prayers needed for one and all. Dan, Betty please keep safe. Maybe it is time to head home. Gulf Shores will be there next year.
I am saying my prayers for them,too. I have the utmost respect for the rescue workers. God bless them! We are starting to think the same thing about Gulf Shores; we’re pondering our plans and will have to decide soon. Stay safe!

This certainly emphasizes the flooding that is going on from the hurricane. The world is in such turmoil and all we can do is pray.
